Our Approach

The job of a mentor, in The Focus Program, is to find out what young men want to do with their lives and be the wind beneath their wings. Through direct and sustained mentoring, we find ways to inspire youthful greatness and show these young men that they're not alone.

Our program strives to educate them on how to handle the frustrations that come with the numerous setbacks that arise from everyday life, and learn how to turn obstacles into more productive outcomes for themselves.

It is absolutely imperative to us, that we powerfully and positively impact the lives of our future generation of young men.
